Zee Zweets are Zo Jummy!Translation: The sweets are so yummy.
Yes, that was “me” doing an online “French accent,” nifty right? Don’t have to tell me twice, haha. Anywho! I made desserts in class today:
- Creme Brulee
- Pot de Creme
- Flan
I don’t get to test their taste until Friday, but they all looked pretty good. The creme brulee might have been a smidge overcooked, but it was my first time if it ends up not turning out top notch— no biggie :) And I brought lemon meringue home, my mom was pleased haha. Baking rules.
I love Mexican food. But I always find myself STUFFED afterwards, haha. Good thing I walked like 1/4 of a mile? Haha, not even. I need to do an actual workout today in order to compensate.
You might ask though, Where do you find this so called, “food from Mexican”? Ahaa, ahh yes good question. Well you see, I have a best frenn that lives down the street from me. Now she is back from New York for 4 days and well, her family is from a land called, Mexico. There resides pan dulce, enchiladas, flat carbs made from corn by the name of tortillas, a magical hot sauce called Tapatio, and much much more. :) It’s all a thrill. Take in all this fascinating information bite by bite because you’ll have the runs if you gobble it down.

THIS is what I am making for my lunch :) I am sooo excited! And try not to mind the poor quality of my picture. Scanning plus Paint equals… hahaha.
